NVIDIA are the global leaders as far as graphic accelerators are concerned. But they came under much scrutiny for developing buggy windows vista drivers and they might hope to redeem the situation very soon. Hence they are looking for a windows lead engineer to develop the proper graphics driver for Windows 7.
