The bookmarks in Firefox can be sorted using the bookmarking manager. Sort places is a Firefox add on which provides for faster sorting and better handling of the bookmarks. It adds a sort entry to the Bookmarks menu and an icon can also be added in the Firefox toolbar as well. Bookmarks can be sorted by selected folders here.
